Registration Procedure
Please submit your booth application on our website, and we'll contact you by email within 1 - 3 working days. You can also reach us via the email or WhatsApp contact below.
Please fill out the "Exhibition Contract" as required and submit it to the organizing committee.
After the exhibitor receives the booth number confirmation, they need to pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit within 5 working days to confirm the booth.
Exhibition Guidelines
1. Once the exhibition contract submitted by the exhibitor is confirmed, it cannot be transferred, revoked, or reduced in booth area. The exhibitor must pay the full participation fee.
2. Exhibitors must pay booth the fee on time to ensure the confirmation of their booth position. Otherwise, the application will be invalid, and the organizing committee has the right to reallocate the booth.
3. Exhibitors must ensure that their exhibits fall within the product scope of this exhibition. If unrelated products are displayed on-site, the organizing committee will revoke their participation资格, and the booth fee will not be refunded.
4. Special booth electricity, power electricity, transportation, etc., are not included in the participation fee. For detailed charges, please refer to the "Exhibitor Service Guide."
