2026 Global Kitchen Trends Release Conference Shanghai Launch Event Successfully Concludes

On December 17, 2026, the Shanghai launch event of the "2026 Global Kitchen Trends Release Conference" was successfully held at the CCF Home & Living Expo Organizing Committee (Deta Exhibition) in Shanghai. The launch event brought together elite representatives from across the industry who are dedicated to building a global ecosystem for the ideal kitchen. The event was chaired by Mr. Ni Pingjie, founder of the Community Food Market Revenue Initiative, Executive Dean of the Sustainable Management Research Institute, Chief Marketing Officer of Diejia Purification House, and CEO of the World Beautiful Kitchen Brand Experience Center.

The organizers of the 2026 Global Kitchen Trends Release Conference delivered insightful speeches at the launch event. Keynote speakers included Yang Fan, the responsible person from China Consumer Goods Fair & Modern Lifestyle Expo; Yang Shanping, President of the co-organizing Sustainable Management Research Institute; Wu Chuliang, Founding Partner of the Thousand Bosses Community and Executive President of the Institute; Ni Fang, Deputy Director of the Industrial Integration Working Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of National Trade; Li Fang, Founder of Sister Fang’s Urban Salon, Chairman of Huafang Media, and Executive President of the China Planning Research Institute; and Yang Jinghai, General Manager of Qianbei Technology.

What is a "World Beautiful Kitchen"? Health and safety are paramount. Only by aligning with the current market environment and consumer demands can sustainability and long-term success be achieved. Ni Pingjie delivered an insightful presentation titled "Introduction to the 2026 Global Kitchen Trends Release Conference."

His substantive sharing began with a roadmap for upgrading community food markets from 10 business formats to a value-added revenue model targeting 10,000 stores, and for developing a high-quality, innovative "Community + Food Market" new retail branded chain ecosystem. This led to a discussion on forging a new, closed-loop community kitchen economy. This model integrates a branded supply chain, digitalization, and cross-sector collaborations within the "Community + Food Market" framework, providing the audience with valuable perspectives on market opportunities and insights.

Strategic cooperation agreements were signed between the China Consumer Goods Fair & Modern Lifestyle Expo Organizing Committee and the Sustainable Management Research Institute, as well as between the Committee and Qianbei Technology.

During the interactive exchange session, attendees engaged in enthusiastic discussions on industry development. A consensus was reached on sharing resources, collaborating on innovation, and fostering mutual benefit to advance the sector. It is anticipated that, amid the era of transformation and upgrading in China's community business ecosystem and industries, all parties will move forward together. By leveraging the power of branding and digitalization to revitalize the economy, a new blueprint for the global kitchen will be charted.
